100% Raspberry Wine is around 10.5% ABV. Serve it lightly chilled, 12–14 °C, as an aperitif, or alongside dark chocolate, soft cheeses and fruit desserts.
Raspberry & Mavrud is around 11.5% ABV and carries real tannic structure. Serve it at 14–16 °C with lamb, game, mature cheeses or mushroom dishes — it behaves like a red at the table, not like a dessert wine.
